Chris Andrew - Technical Director - Location: North America
Chris Andrew is currently one of the most highly certified Crestron programmers in North America. He is one of currently only 11 Gold Master Level CAIP's in the world today. Chris has been working on residential projects in British Columbia, Manitoba, Arizona, Montana and now in the UK. While he has written systems for post secondary institutions in North America and Fortune 500 companies in the USA , Chris’s resume consists almost exclusively of very large residential whole home integration projects. Chris has experience with every component sold by Crestron and has integrated extremely complex audio video distribution systems combined with lighting, security, HVAC, video entry phones and CCTV.

Tony Harper - Financial Director - Location: United Kingdom
Tony has a wealth of knowledge and experience pulled together from 20 years in the technology industry. Working for numerous blue chip organisations within the Insurance and Financial sector, Tony mastered many technological disciplines including software design and voice and data engineering. He was well respected in the City of London and ended his full time employment career as Engineering VP for a very large US bank developing voice and data architectures that would define strategic technological decisions going forward. Tony has wide breadth of technical know-how that covers automation, audio and visual technologies and control and automation solutions, all supported by proven business knowledge.

Peter Joslin - Programmer - Location: United Kingdom
Peter has been working in the technology industry for for over 9 years. Having previously worked as a technical specialist in PC, Server, Host and Communication disciplines, he has now been involved in the automation industry for over 5 years. Peter also has a radio and electronics background, which has proved invaluable in the Custom Design and Installation business. Peter holds CEDIA certification as a Level 1 Professional Installer, Level 1 Professional Designer and CEDIA CPD Instructor.

Walt Yao - Programmer - Location: North America
After gaining a Bachelor of Applied Science specialising in Computer Engineering from the University of British Columbia in 2006, Walt became a C programmer for automation design software of Air Handling units for a leading North American company. From there he began Crestron programming in early 2008 in the commercial AV integration sector. Since then he has worked on projects including Vancouver International Airport, Vancouver Island Conference Centre and the University of Victoria. He joined C3 in March 2009 as a programmer and currently holds intermediate Crestron Programming and certification in DSP audio design with Biamp systems.

Gary O'Toole - Programmer - Location: UK
Gary’s background stems from over 20 years working in some of the UK’s premier recording studios and over 9 years in custom install and Crestron programming. As a Senior Studio technician he gained a wealth of knowledge with all aspects of AV. He has spent the past 3 years programming Crestron systems in some of the grandest super yachts and houses around the world. He joined C3 in November 2009 and has been involved with developing new Crestron simpl windows modules for security, pool control and various interfaces for OEM’s.

Mike Benton - Graphic Designer - Location: UK
Mike is responsible for (amongst other things) user interface design, web design, graphic design and photography. He has many years experience in the design field having spent a number of years as a self employed web and graphic designer and working as an artist prior to that. With over 5 years experience in the automation industry and a Crestron Integration Award winning GUI under his belt, Mike has a broad range of skills and knowledge which allows him to design interfaces which function intuitively and look great.

Rob Andrews - Graphic Designer - Location: UK
After graduating from university with a graphic design degree, Rob spent 5 years working for the UK's biggest photography franchise as a designer/digital artist. Creating bespoke pieces of stunning digital artwork has given Rob an excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite. Add this to his high level of creativity and Rob has the right tools to deliver sleek, original and easy to use interfaces.
