For every piece of equipment found in an automation system, a control interface needs to be created to formalise the communication protocol and parameters of operation. We at C3 design and build all third party device control modules in this way for both our own systems and those of our clients, be they manufacturers or integrators.
You may be a manufacturer with new pieces of equipment that do not yet have Crestron modules created, or you may have a revision to a piece of equipment that opens up new possibilities for integrators. In all cases C3 can develop that control module enabling you to meet Crestron Partner status as well as provide additional value to your client base.
